HOTLINKING! If you do, you will be terminated
immediately and WITHOUT PREJUDICE (no payouts)!
If an affiliate account is created with
false/misleading information, the account will be
terminated and all monies owed will be forfeited.
We do not accept traffic from the following types of
web sites: Sites that contain or imply to contain
images or video of any person under the age of 18;
sites that advertise, imply to contain or promote sex
with minors, incest sites; Sites that contain,
advertise, imply to contain or promote sex with
animals; Sites that contain, advertise, imply to
contain or promote rape or sex without consent; Sites
that distribute, contain or imply to contain pirated
software, pirated audio files, pirated video files,
pirated images or any other pirated material; Sites
that have their URL promoted in news group messages or
unsolicited email messages (UCE).
Our banners or links may not be displayed on web pages
that contain the following words in the Meta tags,
page title, page body or anywhere else in the HTML
code: "Lolita", "child", "children", "underage",
"pre-teen", "minor", "rape", "bestiality", "incest" or
any synonym for the aforementioned words. Any attempt
to imply otherwise will lead to immediate termination
of your account.
We make special note of sites which are set up with
the purpose of educating surfers on how to cancel and
take advantage of free trials and trial periods,
before being billed. For example, sites which show
full cancellation procedures and offer their surfers
information on how to cancel, refund or chargeback the
service. This is an unacceptable method of promoting
our sites and any webmaster taking part in this
activity will be removed from our program without
payment.
We do not accept any sites who ask their surfers to
join our site in order to access their site. This
program is designed to pay you extremely well for
genuine members that you generate through legitimate
practices. If you are found to be tricking or
promising your surfers things which will give them
reason to believe they are getting something other
than what we are selling, you will not be paid.
You may not attempt to simulate signups, clicks or
traffic to any of the web sites in the WebmastersBucks
program. Any attempt to defraud or mislead us or any
tampering with the signup form to any of our web sites
will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and
possibly prosecution.
WebmastersBucks.com will not be held responsible for
loss of revenue due to downtimes resulting from
complications with our or your network, hosting
equipment, technical errors, Visa/MasterCard
regulations. In certain cases we may compensate you
for lost revenues caused by technical failure of our
systems if we deem this to be appropriate but the
amount of compensation will be at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to deny any person or company
admittance into our program for any reason, based on
the content of their web site or for any other reason.
WebmastersBucks.com reserves the right to cancel this
program at any time. Any remaining balances until that
time will be sent to you.
